What a service by Cebisile Sithole. I called Absa to cancel my policy because my premium increased even though I have been a good driver but your star consultant (Cebisile), took me through the whole review process and helped me to reduce the premium. She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very friendly. You have a very good employee there who takes her time to make people understand. What a service. I am very impressed
