Submit at claim through ABSA, it will cost you more in airtime than the claim itself!!!

I have submitted a claim in June 2022, for an issue on my property. The claim stood still for weeks, as I was advised that Absa could not find a specialized contractor for my claim. They then asked for me to get a contractor out to give a quote and a detailed report on the issue, which I did. I submitted the documentation on the 17th of August. However after numerous calls, false promises of a manager phoning me back, and quite frankly numerous lies, i still have not had any feedback on the claim for a month.

Not one person has called me to discuss where the claim is currently sitting. I have waited for a call for 10 days now, for a follow up, which I have record for as well as the call center agents.

I intend to cancel my insurance Absa, and will try relocate all my other existing business with them. Honestly their service is filled with false promises and lies.
