Struggling to Get Assistance for Policy Renewal

I've been trying to get hold of an Absa Insurance consultant for over a week to discuss reducing my policy renewal payment, as I have been with them since 2021. Despite numerous attempts, I haven't been able to reach anyone. My renewal is due in February, and the lack of response is extremely frustrating. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I need urgent assistance before my policy renews at the current rate.
