Still no assistance from IDirect instead things are getting more difficult for us!!

The company has been of no use to us since my mom got into an accident. I'm writing to give an update as to what has happened since the last time I wrote a review....My mom was told that she will have to fetch the car herself since she refuses to give it up since they deemed it a "write off" because apparently it's more to fix it for them. So she opted to take it and keep it and they said they'll take a certain percentage of the claim she is supposed to get since she isn't willing to give up the car. She said it's fine. They told her she has to fetch the car herself at the tow company. They are not involved anymore. She then receives a call from idirect stating that the car has been taken to an auction somewhere in centurion without her permission. She was initially told she has to fetch it herself and make means to get it at the tow company the next thing. We are told a truck was sent by absa idirect to take the car to an auction why would they do that!... If there is anyone who can assist us please email me on : *** so that we can have a way forward because my mom really needs her car and since they have contacted my mom and I their social media managers they have not assisted us much to be honest! We are told they will give us feed back on the 09/08/2024 which doesn't make sense since it's a holiday.... I don't think we will get our car from the auction house easily since Absa Idirect hasn't gives any document as proof to collect the car.
