Still debits money even after canceling the policy

I am extremely frustrated with ABSA Insure's service. Earlier this month, I canceled my policy and received written confirmation that the cancellation was approved. However, ABSA has continued to debit money from my account despite being specifically instructed not to do so this month. I have sent multiple emails regarding these unauthorized debits but have received no response. Now, bizarrely, I'm receiving emails warning that my policy will lapse - which makes no sense since I already canceled it and had this cancellation approved. This has been a nightmarish experience with ABSA Insure, and this isn't my first complaint about their service. I've previously submitted another review about issues with my policy.
