Stay away rom ABSA Home Insurance

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. It took then almost 3 months to evaluate a R13000 claim and then they make an unsubstantiated ridiculous unilateral offer to settle the claim after I registered a complaint and posted on Hellopeter. It was so bad that the guy attached my documentation to his email in which he claims not to have received the information. Apparently this person is untouchable or management just could not care. They are also prepared to spend money on consultants that have no clue in order to save money on the claim. They must be proud of themselves as they just lost a client of 45 year
