Stay away from this unprofessional insurer

I wrote a review previously and got a private response from Yolande Viljoen a rather arrogant response.According to her the service provider appointed to access and repair my machine (high tech and very sensitive components) are experts (what a joke).the machine was delivered to me yesterday in a card board box wrapped in cling wrap transported all the way from Johannesburg to Durban.The machine probes don't work and when switched on water leaks from inside machine.wow expert repairer indeed.
