Stay away from activate by absa
Activate by absa is a ***** stay away, signed up with them in November for car and household insurance. When I called them on the 15th of December 2020 as I wanted to amend the policy and also request a tow truck cause my car key would not read was told by the agent I spoke to that they couldn't find me on the system. So that meant that I was never insured but they were taking my money and they don't want to reimburse me. Still waiting for them to advise on what went wrong.
