Stay away from ABSA insurance

ABSA INSURANCE is a problem... They don't answer calls, they don't even respond to emails, they did not deduct my insurance premium, they send an email requesting documents for verification, I sent my documents 3 times, still no response /deduction. I tried canceling to move to another insurance company, still I have issues to do that. Can they decide if they want to debit this premium or cancel....

I can't move my car now because why would I risk moving around with a car that isn't insured? I want to cancel and the next insurance company should start deducting, I don't want double deductions from companies
