Stay away from Absa bank and products offered by the bank

To anyone who cares to listen and read this in bold letter please stay away from ABSA and ABSA related products including ABSA idirect. I have received the same worse treatment ever and as I type this my issue remains unresolved even today and as it stands my insurance policy has been cancelled after I made numerous attempts to update my banking details. The staff at the call centre totally refused to assist and didn’t want to escalate my matter eventually I personally escalated my matter via complaints department 3 days later still no response. I was told that Tladi a manger will contact me and guess what that person is not even interested he’s not called to assist and merely sent a silent email to cover him or herself. I am really angry and frustrated at this point and I have decided to just look for another insurer.
