Stay away from Absa activate

I insured my things (life, household, vehicle) with absa activate. I want to make everyone aware that if claim time come they will not pay as they promised. They always look for excuses even if they are baseless. The current claim, they stole my vehicle, I submitted a claim with them. The guy that was investigating the claim was very desperate to look for the excuse not to pay my claim. Firstly he did not respect popi act to get my information without my concern which surprised me because he is the one that supposed to know better that you don't get information for the person without signing the consent form. Secondly the guy never update me or ask me questions about my claim, he was talking to the third party not me. He came to me only when he tell me that he rejected my claim which I feel is unfair. I feel like he undermined me. It shows that they don't practice what they preach. Their word is final. People of this country will be cached with Absa adverti*****ts, thou are not true.
