Stay away from Absa Activate

Firstly the best premiums given, but the catch? *********** people working for them. After phoning to change my contact details that wasn't loaded correctly in the first place to change it. I wanted to add additional items that I also wanted to insure but you can't do that over the phone you can only do that via the app. The app takes 7 working days to build your profile so you can't access anything and can't view your policy either. I then received an email that my policy has been cancelled due to an email sent by another Elize van der walt which was contacted (it was her details I kept asking to be changed on my policy) which cancelled the policy with an email that stated ''I DONT NEED INSURANCE ive got insurance by santam.'' and based on that email my policy was cancelled. no policy number was given, no id number nothing. cancelled this like that!

If it has been a struggle like this, imagine dealing with an actual claim. very upset with the service
