Someone answer the phone

The insuared property was broken into in the 25th of October 2022. I tried calling the insurance to logde a claim. On the 27th OCT I registered the claim online REF: C-***8. I sent a follow up email in the 1st Nov 2022. No one has gotten back to me.

On average I am on hold for about 10 minutes, then the call disconnects.

Someone by the name of Katlego answered last Friday (4 October 2022) at about 11:00, while registering the claim the call ended. Katlego did not call back. I have not been able to get through since. In my brief conversation with Katlego My claim is not registered.
