Sick and tired!!!! ABSA Activate

ABSA Activate is one of the worst insurances I've ever dealt with. First I couldn't get through to them to get my policy reinstated due to unforseen reasons, then I didn't get any feedback regarding my claim when I was in an accident in September, we are at the end of December and still no feedback from them as my case was referred to management...........

I emailed them on 19 December to cancel my policy with them, this is the message - The reference number for this Case is C-***3. Up to date no one has contacted me. I'm currently holding on to speak to someone in their call centre and it's 9 min holding and counting.

I want my policy cancelled with immediate effect, I'm tired of this useless insurance company.
