Sibongile Malinga from Absa Insurance - you are a darling, I give you a 1000/10. Absa, you guys have found yourselves a gem in her. Very friendly individual, explained things perfectly and it felt like we've known each other for decades. I think this would be the first time I enjoyed a call from an Insurance company.
