Should have your license revoked!!!!!

This company is a joke. Hold on call centre lines for up to 40 min. Cannot answer queries because the stupid telephone system transfer you to the wrong call centre line!!!!!!!!!! Then when you do get answered (if you are lucky!) then you get transferred to another call centre line that doesn't get answered. Or you hold for 10 min for the agent to pretend they don't hear you and put down the phone. Complaints get unanswered. They apparently cancel policies but still debit your account????? Appalling shocking and should have their license revoked!!!!!! I will be going to the Ombudsman if I dont get a person capable to actually function and sort out my issues. Where is your TCF principle and policy!!!????????
