What a shame of a so-called insurance. More than a week after I have lodged my problem here, nobody has come back to me with a solution. My vehicle got damaged as a result of hitting a pothole destroying the oil samp and they rejected the claim saying they could not find a problem. I towed my car to BMW at my own cost yesterday. The diagnostics from BMW now confrim to me that there is serious damage caused by the pothole. ABSA idirect is a sham of an insurance, it is a ****
