Absolutely shocking claim experience as a whole. Kelly Barlow as a consultant should not be servicing clients. Even when the service providers cannot give the documentation that she requested she just shrugs her shoulders and will not proceed with the claim. Radio silence from her and Absa for 2 weeks and counting. Will definitely take my insurance and vehicle finance to someone else. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
