Shocked

I recently submitted a claim for my credit life insurance policy to cover my vehicle finance installment, that claim was approved and was communicated to me , to have been approved and paid , on May 14 , 2024. Now tell me why did a debit order for my vehicle finance go through on May 25th ? So could absa call me back and kindly assist with a refund BECAUSE what would the point of the credit life policy be, if I still had to pay that installment ?
