Shiity stressful insurance ever!!! Do not bother joining these guys! worst, your policy will keep lapsing regardless of the payments being on time!

I keep getting the worst out of this, no peace of mind at all since I joined, and the recent updates and upgrades to the app, a horrible experience, now tell me, They say your rewards are refreshed every 28 days cycle, It has been 3 months now, and the rewards have been the same, no new rewards and in that period I have been driving, secondly the worst out of all, These guys have been debiting my account, but according to their ****ty records on the system I have missed payments for January, February, and March, which is 2 months, and for the policy to lapse you have to miss payments 3 consecutive months, and it has never been the case with me, and today I woke u to their email saying my policy has been lapsed and canceled, like ***!!!! Where did the money that you debited for January and February go? and you were supposed to debit the funds for March, which you did not? like what the **** is wrong with this insurance, also my premium went from, R1800, to R1400 to R1500 in a month, how is that even possible???? and today I get the email saying I have missed the payment of Amount: 1,611.39 R Lapse date: 2025-02-01, How????????

Please, I request either immediate refund for January and February, I will look for better insurance that handles their **** together, if you can refund me, give me my rewards money, and review the damn policy premium to the original amount, and also sort this as soon as possible before I escalate this matter.
