Service with a smile and saving..
There are some people that just make your day and its not often you get that from the insurance industry but TODAY I received truly AMAZING service and client care from Samantha at ABSA iDirect. She was able to update and offer a better rate on a vehicle of mine. Her friendly and helpful assistance made the upgrade of the policy such a frictionless process PLUS it was done with a smile.... and I WAS the one smiling. What a great experience and excellent client service. THANK YOU Samantha Mabaso.
