Service very poor

Ever since i joined Absa actiavte insurance its been a nightmere, they dont debut premiums on the day they need to, there's no other means of payment like easy pay etc, getting hold of them is a mission also. As I type this i dont know if I still have insurance with them because no one answers the calls or emails. Can Someone assist on this issue
