Service that sucks

<p> I can't understand why I am still being debited after I cancelled my policy with Idirect! For the past three months I have phoned them and have been promised that they will stop but every month for the past three months I am being debited. They don't care about the bank fees that I am charged every time I have to reverse the debit orders. Hopefully someone from the management will read this. </p>
