So Absa sent people to fix my leaking roof...that's supposed to be an emergency right? So their service provider, Sebenza Dube, couldn't fix the roof as it leaked a 2 weeks after they completed with repairs. Now they(Sebenza Dube) can't come out again. Their argument is that they completed the job. The leak is still there, and Absa want the same guys to come and fix again. This service provider to Absa couldn't see a leak on another location which we showed them that was leaking also. So now it's raining, I must go back and forth with them...im frustrated.
