Service plan ****

Someone called me last week and he said they will cover my service plan up to 60000km for free and the following day I received the monthly installment report with extra R300 and something and when I call to cancel they're telling me about 21 days but what puzzles me is that I took the same day to amend the lies but to cancel I will have to wait 👹👹👹 I've already paid up to 60 000km service plan at the dealership so surprised why didn't he pick up that before even calling me
