Service doesn't exist.

Called for someone to come fix my dishwasher, toilet and check for a leak.

Got an sms saying someone, only one, was dispatched. Never arrived. Called complained and Explained that the other people had not been dispatched. Got ONE new dispatched sms. Never arrived. On Friday complained AGAIN. Was told we would have have people for the leak and toilet come through on Saturday. But someone for the Dishwasher could only come on Monday. Saturday no show, complained was told they would come on Sunday. Sunday NO SHOW. Monday Recieved a call from Absa saying the plumber - who didn't pitch Saturday or Sunday - was trying to contact me, he's on the other line can I speak to him to arrange a time, Told them "No need my **** is at the house the whole day, he can do anytime", NO SHOW.

Is this a service you still offer? Or is the service just talking to the call center until we give up?

I also told the call center, several times -I've had enough opportunity, that they must contact my wife rather because I am difficult to get hold of. They always contact me.
