*********** service agent and ******** collections

I pay my premium every month but every month my policy gets canceled due to Mon payment, I've never been so confused in my life. They have this new system of paying immediately your premium and they tell me they cant see it on their system only collections department can. This makes zero sense. Worse of all they increased my premium without communication and aonth before the annivasary of my policy, who does that?they collected premiums two times for the month of October. The incompetence of the agents aaai um disappointed horribly.imagine a whole insurance company having a fragmented system like that and taking my money unwarranted.
