They deducted money from my account without my knowledge or approval for the debit I have requested ABSA to reverse the debit but as per ABSA they cannot I have to contact ABSA life I have sent several emails and almost two weeks later I have received no feedback. Why does absa distance themselves from the insurance when it is offered by absa
