Seeking help as an unhappy client

I'm Lindiwe Ndlebe an unhappy client of the above mentioned company. This company is not treating me well as it has been an Easter holiday and the 20th was on Sunday they didn't deduct the agreed premium and now they sending me emails stating that my policy has lapsed I don't understand how they work they discrediting me, the money is still on my account they have not yet deducted till today instead of deducting they saying my policy has lapsed and my driving rewards will be forfeited please help me
