**** from Absa Idirect and South Side Plumbers

Lodged a plumbing case with Absa Idirect and they assigned South Side Plumbers, it’s been 5days and still no assistance, I’ve called Absa Idirect to advise them but they refuse to assist us, called the plumbers again they lie and say they on the way and never show up, Absa has no intentions of assisting us inspire the fact that the company they assigned are a no show to their clients. I’m very disappointed with the service I received from absa and yet I pay my premiums every month.
