Satisfactory service

Absa Idirect insurance is very good, has friendly informative staff and reliable. I first heard about it from a friend who was assisted more than once without struggle, I switched to it without a doubt and they didn’t disappoint me when I encountered a problem. The only set back is that the process of fixing the car takes a bit longer however I’m happy with their service.

What impressed me the most is that they took my car to a panel beater that does a marvellous job. The car now looks brand new and I’m really happy. Thanks Absa Idirect, keep up the good work.
