rewards payout ****mmmm is a false adverti*****t while they pay others rewards..

absa is paying out other customers and come claim system error to me. there is no IT error ure lying to customers and while my white colleague ure paying her rewards with no problems yet I've had insurance for longer with you than her and I'm the one who referred her! you cannot close this complaint until resolved right now or I'm taking this to the ombudsman and the adverti*****t board that ure false adverts are to get clients then make them pay! ure debiting my account no issues but the rewards are paid to others in my case my white colleague whose only been here a year and almost me 2 yrs

I want this resolved and stop sending automated emails as if ure investigating this. like I said I know someone whose getting paid over 400rands on rewards and I've never even seen that amount . racial categories I see
