I bought Absa activate Car insurance and was told my driving will be monitored and can get up to 40% cashback , it's been 3 months now and no Cashback whatsoever when I try call their call centre no response, emails no response,

Question remains, will I ever get helped during claiming stage?

When I Log into the App the Rewards is Zero rand...
