Requested a Cross Border Permit from Client Service that had alot of errors
Requested a Cross Border Permit from Client Service that had alot of errors. I had to contact the department to amend the permit upon receiving the document again, it still came back with another error. This is a great inconvenience as I had to call again to request for the document to be amended once again. Poor service
