REMOVAL OF INSURANCE PROFILE ON MY ITC

I no longer have car insurance with ABSA and in my ITC profile they still have their details, i have called send messages with my ITC screenshot, was promised its sent to IT for update. till today its not removed.. The reference number for this Case is C-***0. The reference number for this Case is C-***0.
