Remarkable agent engagement - well done !

Several times over the past few months I needed to amend my short-term insurance policy. Every time so far I've received excellent communication, a clear tone, specific questions and clear explanation. And today was exceptional as my request was dealt with care and understanding whilst still staying true to the procedures needing to be followed and best of all the consultant first listened and then advised.

If more call centre agents took care in listening and advising like this it could change lives ! (Customer and consultant's alike)
