Rejecting my claim for no valid reason

I am so disappointed in ABSA I Direct they are rejecting my claim on my tyres and mags for no valid reason. They are making my life very difficult at the moment as u do need wheels to dive. They also cancelled my policy for no valid reason but still took my premium for the month. The committee has been seated but I am still awaiting outcome and it has been more then a week that I have been struggling with them. I was a loyal customer who paid my premium every month with out any problems and this is the service u get. I will not Recommend thento any one. Because they are just looking for a reason not to pay out.
