Horrible experience with Absa I direct. Took a month to process my car accident claim. The investigator Schalk did a procedural blunder by not interview all the witnesses at the scene of the accident. The investigator Schalk made false and unprovable and improbable claims that I was not driving the vehicle, although the person that caused the accident admitted that I was the one driving. Rejected my claim based on incorrect information. Cancelled my policy without informing me. Refused to review my grievance. Towed my vehicle without informing me or the financer. Bullying tactics, undertaking civil claims against them as we speak. Rejected my claim
