registering a claim

got into an accident yesterday, i called while on the scene and the claims department doesn't work on weekends, i am okay with that.

i called in the morning and i still haven't been helped in regard to registering the claim. i spoke to Zodwa, Michele and 2 more ladies i forgot their names and the last lady said i will be contacted by one of their consultants to register the claim, who can help me?

i got a call they registered my claim, i was told i will get a link to upload pictures of the damaged side, i still haven't received anything, anyone care to help?
