Refusal to process lnsurance claim

I made a claim with Absa credit life and submitted all required docs on the 6th June 2024. To this very date they have not processed my claim. I keep calling them every second day , they make excuses that something is missing I keep on sending them same documents but their assessors refuse to speak to me saying I must speak to call centre. Their particular department which I made claim for keeps calling me everyday I tell them to call their claim dept , I was told they are not suppose to call them I must call them.
