Refund me

The worst insurance ever, I have cancelled the policy after several attempts to reach out and fix my concerns, surprisingly they still debited my account. After sending the cancellation letter I received an email saying an agent will contact me, that never happened. Can my money be sent back to my account. I can’t even reach anyone to request for a refund their lines are always busy
