REFUND

On 6.3.2020 I spoke to Mbalizethu Ngoobo who advised me if I am unable to send through a bank statement my refund would only be processed after a month. However if I send it asap it will be processed immediately. Naturally I made efforts to send it immediately. In typical Absa fashion two weeks later I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. & they wonder why I cancelled and took my money elsewhere. Pay back the money asseblief tog.
