Reap off/ **** Insurance

I was ready to have a car and home insurance with I direct, I kept on following up with them to have a conference call with my current Insurer to cancel before they could debit because I didnt want to pay 2insurance for 1 car in a month. The call didnt happen and I was debited twice, that time I haven't sent my car photos, the money that we agreed on over the phone it is not the amount that was debited, it was actually more. I have cancelled the insurance with I Direct and I am being sent from pillar to post about my refund, 7days have long past... what about when I am a client and want to claim? It's already a red flag that I wont get assistance. Clearly I need to get a car and home insurance else where, where the service will be served best without any inconvenience.
