Really bad service

Really bad service, been trying to cancel and make changes to my car insurance policy now for over 3 weeks and nothing has happen, every time i phone in i've been put on hold for more then 50 mins with no answer, which is very annoying and costly because of the airtime. Sent in so many emails with no reply, not sure what to do going forward as i really need my policy to be cancel.
