Putrid service

I put in a claim on 27/08/2023. They towed my car and now they don't know where the car is. I have received no correspondence from the insurance. I call in every morning and speak to different people who can't assist me. Queen the claims consultant doesn't know anything about my claim but she's the one who's responsible for the claim. I have fractured my spine in this accident and rather than having peace of mind about my car they are stressing me out because they don't know where the car is. My claim no is *** and have been calling in every day but nobody at absa insurance can assist me. They always say they gonna call back to update me but I've heard nothing from them.
