PUBLIC WARNING - Refusal to CANCEL policy and ******* debit order deductions

We have now cancelled our policy FIVE times now, starting in April - we cancelled in writing and via phone (because you ignored our written requests), yet you still proceeded to deduct yet another payment now in June! You simply ignore email requests, so we also phoned. After confirming it is cancelled, you then thereafter requested yet another mail with ID attachment to say we want to cancel. We sent it again (for the 5th time), and once again no one bothers to respond. Why don't you CANCEL this policy and stop *****ing our money every month???? What else can we do to get this cancelled??????? I am not even in SA anymore. We have immigrated so we don't want to continue paying for this useless policy that we never wanted to start with. What don't you understand and why do you keep on ignoring the requests... Is it so you can deduct more money *******ly from the account??? Refund the money you stole and CANCEL THIS POLICY!!!!!
