I would like to compliment a lady by the name of Amanda Tshangela from Absa Idirect Insurance, retention department for her professionalism in assisting with my Insurance. Managed to get a lower premium with lower access and she also assisted with my debit order because i was waiting for the debit to go through but it didnt. She managed to contact Finance department which they are going to do a force debit on my account. She is really an asset for Absa Idirect Insurance. Keep up the good work Amanda
