I made a call to Idirect regarding my monthly premium. Amanda Tshangela assisted me with all my questions and amendment of the policy. She had great knowledge of the product and was excited to do business with me. VERY friendly and treated me like a valued customer. I wish to thank her for the experience I received this morning. She changed my mind to move my policy to another service provider. Great thanks to you Amanda
