I spoke to a vibrant lady this morning, full of energy, ready and willing to assist me by the name of Lucia Mbanjwa. I didn't understand why my premium was increasing, while she was about to explain I lost connection and the line got disconnected but she managed to call me back again and she explained everything to me with kindness and maintained the same energy throughout the call. She was just amazing.
