Today I was assisted by Cebisile Sithole with my car insurance review. She was super friendly and patient with me and she would communicate if there were any delays. On top of that she managed to assist me reduce my premium without increasing my excess fee therefore my issue was resolved to my expectation and satisfaction. I am happy with her service and would definitely recommend her.
